GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

• A non-refundable deposit of $100 for a single and $200 for a double appointment is required at the time of booking.

• You need to give a minimum of 48hrs notice when rescheduling an appointment to avoid loosing your deposit.

• Touch-up appointments must be booked within 6-12 weeks after the initial appointment. If you cancel, miss or not book your touch-up appointment within that time frame, your complimentary appointment will be void.

• Due to Infection Control regulations, only the client and the technician are allowed in the treatment room.

• We cannot guarantee successful results on 100% of our clients as the outcome depends on age, overall health, skin quality and how well aftercare is followed.
